It is a very satisfying beginning class followed by a creative visualization and relaxation exercise. Vital: Intermediate: This program is a comprehensive 60 minute intermediate workout complete with deep relaxation and visualization followed by the first stage of a chakra meditation – Raja Yoga. Imperial: Advanced: This rigorous 30 minute workout is aimed to satisfy the more skilled and committed yoga disciples. This strong program includes deep relaxation followed by the second stage of a chakra meditation – Raja Yoga. Yoga Diva Monette Goetinck was introduced to Yoga in Algeria in 1928. Plagued by migraine headaches during her childhood Monette discovered complete relief through practicing Hatha Yoga. As the painful migraines quickly diminished Monette was convinced of yoga’s therapeutic benefits and continued her practice of the ancient technique to this very day more than 70 years later.
